Data collected and purposes
The form collects your name, professional email address, telephone number and message so we can respond, recommend a course and manage pre-contractual enquiries. We do not request health data or patient information.
Legal basis and retention
The processing necessary to respond to the request is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject. The data is kept for the time necessary to manage the contact and according to the applicable administrative terms.
Recipients and service providers
The data is managed in the Odoo systems connected to J-Care and can be processed by appointed suppliers when necessary. They are not sold.
Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. To exercise your rights, write to info@curiamoacademy.it.
